Getting Started
What is an eSIM?
A digital SIM embedded in your device. Activate by scanning a QR code โ no physical card needed.
Is my phone compatible?
Go to Settings > Mobile Data > Add eSIM. If you see this option, your device supports eSIM. Most phones from 2019+ are compatible.
Do I need to unlock my phone?
Yes โ your phone must be carrier-unlocked to use IP eSIM. Contact your carrier to unlock it.
Plans and Pricing
When does my plan start?
When you first connect to a network at your destination โ not at installation time.
Can I use a promo code?
Yes! Enter your promo code at checkout for a discount or free eSIM.
What currencies do you accept?
All prices are in USD, paid securely via Stripe.
Installation
How do I install on iPhone?
Settings > Mobile Data > Add eSIM > Use QR Code. Scan the code from your email or dashboard.
How do I install on Android?
Settings > Connections > SIM Manager > Add eSIM > Scan QR Code.
Can I install before my trip?
Yes! Data only starts counting when you connect at your destination.
Billing and Refunds
What payment methods are accepted?
All major credit and debit cards via Stripe. Apple Pay and Google Pay also supported.
Can I get a refund?
Unused plans can be refunded within 14 days of purchase. Once activated, plans are non-refundable.
Is my payment secure?
Yes โ Stripe encrypts all payments. We never store your card details.
